| The hunting areas in western Texas are unsurpassed for some of the highest densities of birds and best habitat not only in the state, but also in the country for fast flying "blues." Increased rainfall during hatches the past few years has resulted in unbelievable quail numbers, in addition to our ideal habitat consisting of numerous varieties of brush for plenty of cover and more than ample water sources to support our coveys. The hunting methods consist of driving the main roads on over 150,000 acres of prime habitat in Jeeps flushing birds and going after them on foot. Most clients are limited out before noon daily and elect to shoot predators or just simply enjoy the surroundings of some of the spectacular properties. On an average day you can expect to see at least 20 coveys of birds with non-stop shooting action and great camaraderie with friends and family. With prime ranches and first class facilities, this is an exciting wingshoot for corporate groups, fathers and sons, families or friend and there is no better way to spend a weekend in Texas. | ||
